|According to a proverb from the 18th century “If you want to live many years, drink wine and eat past”. Pasta is made out of -wheat flour, water and usually also eggs and olive oil. Their Italian in origin and we can find them in many different forms across Europe, North America and Asia. In Greece is consumed as a main course throughout the year because there is always something that accompanies it deliciously such as a spicy sauce or fresh vegetables, grated cheese or any type of meat. We can even eat them in a pie! With a little imagination pasta can become a delectable dish or even something simple and easy for university student when there’s not enough time to cook.
